ATLANT 3D Expands European Research Partnership with Deployment of NANOFABRICATOR® Lite at the Slovak Academy of Sciences
Copenhagen, Denmark — [2026.06.08] — ATLANT 3D today announced the deployment of its NANOFABRICATOR® Lite platform at the Institute of Electrical Engineering of Slovak Academy of Sciences for advancing advanced materials innovation and atomic-scale manufacturing technologies. The partnership aims to deploy sovereign material discovery and device innovation capabilities in Slovakia, including the development of neuromorphic sensing and edge computing solutions.
The partnership will support activities in semiconductor technologies, advanced materials, and emerging microfabrication applications.
