For decades, the semiconductor industry has relied on off-the-shelf materials because introducing and scaling new materials for chip design was simply too risky, too slow, and too expensive.
Through this partnership, we will validate the breakthrough predictions generated by the MatNex discovery engine, which has already demonstrated exceptional accuracy across multiple real-world applications.
Our collaboration spans a wide and ambitious range of next-generation materials, including high k dielectrics, magnetic materials, novel photonic materials and more. All of these will be tested and characterised using ATLANT 3D’s Direct Atomic Layer Processing Technology (DALP®) technology and NANOFABRICATOR® platform which enables atomically precise fabrication, closing the loop between AI-driven prediction and real-world validation.
